What data I process
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message, preferred contact time and how you found me. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Email and phone: if you contact me directly, I use your details only to reply.
- Processor: messages from the contact form are delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit. It does not use the data for any other purpose.
- Anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4): only if you give consent via the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised and data is not shared for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
Data from the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Analytics cookies are processed solely on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
I keep contact form data for no longer than 24 months from submission, unless we enter into a coaching relationship. GA4 analytics data has a maximum retention period of 14 months.

This website uses only essential storage (remembering your cookie banner choice) and — only with your consent — anonymised Google Analytics 4. No marketing or profiling cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
